Instructions for Viewing Calendar on Smart Phone, Other Calendars

Use this procedure to add the St Clements Knights of Columbus calendar on your Google calendar. You can then view Council entries together with your other calendar entries.

• 1. Login to your Google Calendar
• 2. Click the down-arrow next to Other calendars.
• 3. Select Add by URL from the menu.
• 4. Enter the iCal Address (above) in the field provided.
• 5. Click Add calendar.
• 6. 'St Clement Knights of Columbus' calendar will appear in the Other calendars section.

Use this procedure to add the St Clements Knights of Columbus in the iPhone Calendar app. You can then view Council entries together or separately from your other calendar entries.

• 1. On your iPhone, open up Settings.
• 2. Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
• 3. Tap Add Account at the bottom of the Accounts section.
• 4. Scroll down and tap Other on the Add Account screen.
• 5. Tap Add Subscribed Calendar
• 6. Enter the iCal Address (above) in the Server field.
• 7. Tap Next.
• 8. Leave the Username and Password fields blank.
• 9. Tap Save in upper left corner of screen.
• 10. Calendar events will appear when using the iPhone Calendar app.

Use this procedure to add and view the St Clements Knights of Columbus in the Android Calendar app. You can then view Council entries together or separately from your other calendar entries.

• 1. Follow the View using Google Calendar instruction to add the Knights of Columbus calendar to your Google calendar
• 2. On your Android device, go to the Calendar application.
• 3. Go to Settings.
• 4. Go to Calendars.
• 5. Locate 'St Clement Knights of Columbus' calendar and check the checkbox.
• 6. Calendar events will appear when using the Calendar app.
